| - Why use Mediadent when there is imaging software available from my hardware manufacturer? |

| Mediadent allows you to change from manufacturer once your equipment needs to be renewed. It's compatible with all hardware equipment on the market!! |

| - What kind of a computer do I need to work with Mediadent? |
|
| - All IBM compatible Personal Computers are sufficient
- A Pentium or higher processor
- 256 MB Ram or more internal memory
- Windows 98/2000/NT*/XP/Vista/Windows7
- VGA 4MB on board.

| - In which format are the images stored? |
|
| Grayscale images are stored in DICOM format. Color images in Jpeg. |

| - Which printer do I need to print the images? |
|
| You can use a normal printer to print your images. DICOM printers can also be used if you buy the DICOM Network Module. |

| - Can I run Mediadent on more than one computer? |
|
| If you got a Single User license, you can run Mediadent on one computer. Two or more computers are supported with a Multi User License. |

|
| - My colleague has no or other imaging product, is this a problem? |
|
| Mediadent supports exporting, importing and emailing of images. There is no problem to share your images with others.

| - Is Mediadent available in my mother language? |
|
| Different languages are currently supported. If your language is not in the listed, you can include it with our web based translation center.

| - Can Mediadent read my images from my old imaging program? |
|
| Mediadent can read many common and not so common image formats. We have also converters for different imaging programs. |

| - Can I still use my patient managing program with Mediadent?

| Mediadent is bridged with many popular patient managing programs. If Mediadent is not supported by your program, you can use our easy to use SmartLink. |

| - The image quality is better than my imaging software. How is this possible? |

| Mediadent is built with image quality in mind. The image quality is maintained at any point in our software. Most software’s are taking the easy road with your images: Speed above quality. Mediadent promises you both. |
